For this third show, the Aquacool team dissects the fish that arrive on our plates.
Life in captivity can encourage the appearance of certain pathologies. Aquaculture farms therefore use medical treatments to prevent diseases likely to affect fish.
However to what extent are they used? Are they dangerous for the consumer?
Questions discussed at Antoine’s microphone, with Doctor Emmanuel Leguay, operating at the Vétofish veterinary practice, specializing in activities in the aquaculture world.
